I am 18 or older, or I have permission from a parent or legal guardian. I understand a tattoo is permanent and that the result also depends on my skin, healing and aftercare. I confirm I am not pregnant or breastfeeding, and I agree not to show up under the influence of alcohol or drugs. I agree to disclose any medical condition, allergy or medication that could affect the session or healing. I understand the deposit is refunded only if I cancel at least one week before the session, and that changing the date counts as a cancellation. I allow Markirobi to post photos of my tattoo in the portfolio and on social media. optional
